Building self confidence can be a tough job sometimes. Specially when you feel like your life is just not going on the right path at all. That's why today I decided to share with how to develop self confidence. Not just for you to feel better, but also for others to see how you can help them by you becoming a lot more confident about yourself.
How To Develop Self Confidence
Self confidence is something that needs to be learned. The best way that I personally know on how to develop self confidence is by doing. What I mean by that is that you must put yourself in situations and/or places where you don't have any other option but to become and be confident.
For example, some dudes may say that they are not confident when talking to women. Well, that might be true, but telling it how it is, will keep it like it is. That right there was something that I learned from one of my mentors. Yes these guys might not be confident enough to talk to women, but in reality, the only way that they will get over the fear of talking to women is by actually talking to women.
The best way for you to develop self confidence is by being in the trenches.
Here is another example: Lets say that you are starting your own home business. You've heard that making videos is the fastest way to have people know, like, trust you, acquire customers and get team members into your business. But wait, you've never made a video in your life, so you are not confident yet to make videos. What you can do is to watch other people who make videos, learn from them and then use their tips to help you build self confidence.
Once you have managed to watch other people making videos and having the “If this person can do it, then I know I can do it better” kind of thoughts, you highly increase your self confidence.
My point is: The only way on how to develop self confidence is by doing the things that make you uncomfortable and practice until you build that confidence to the max.
I made a quick video on how to build self confidence for you that you can watch below.
What did you think about the video above? Did you like it? Did you get anything to help you build your confidence a little higher? If that's so, please share this post and comment below letting me know your thoughts.
I made a post before talking about “Are you being confident or just being arrogant” and share what the differences between being confident and being arrogant actually mean. You can check out the full post here.
