There comes a time or a few times when we may be feeling stuck in life. For some reason we are not able to think of a way out from the life that we have created. It happens to every single person in the world, so don't think that you are the only one.
Feeling Stuck in life?
When we are feeling stuck in life there seems to be no options left as to where to go or what to do next. In my personal view and experience whenever I'm feeling stuck in my own life I tend to read business or biography books to learn what some of the most successful people in the world have done, to become where they are today.
“The most we study the most successful people in the world, the more we realize that we just can't give up.” – Brendon Burchard
Another great idea would be to go to a mentor's or someone that I look up to websites/blogs and find articles, videos or audios that can help you bring the inspiration you've lost, back again. This is probably one of the best ways for you to get back up in your feet and start re-doing the stuff that you know you should be doing.
It's really easy to get into feeling stuck in your life and business. I personally believe that such main reason to feeling stuck in life and business, is because you stop learning. What do I mean by that?
Most times we start learning and listening to our business and life mentors and then we start implementing some of the ideas and techniques that they have thought us. We start getting results and we feel comfortable doing it but that's the worse thing that we can do as human beings. Never get comfortable and always be learning.
There is a quote that goes like this “Once you stop learning, you start dying.” by Albert Einstein. That right there can be the main reason why you are feeling stuck in your life and business.
I went on a live video a while back on Periscope (which explains the quality) talking about how to get yourself out from feeling stuck in life and business. Check out the full video below.
The way that I have personally used to stop feeling stuck is by Unlearning Everything and re-learning brand new and improve stuff. We all have been taught to obey everything the “adults” say and although some of the stuff is real and can be helpful, there is stuff that is just plain and simply old school. And old school living is living in the past. And living in the past is no use for you or anyone. Always live in the moment and look forward to the future.
P.S. Yes, I was recording this video while I was talking and driving. If you can't talk and drive at the same time do not do this. Safety first.
If you enjoying talking about your personal life experiences, and you think that your stories could help others around the world that may be having or had the same experiences as you, I encourage you to check out the training below that talks about how to become a storytelling pro.
